Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship across Germany, the EU, and internationally. Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–4 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days
• International (outside EU): 10–21 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) For orders shipped outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
